We are looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team who wants to be where the action is.

You will focus on ensuring the high-quality standards we have for our products, both in our own manufacturing and in what our suppliers deliver to us. This role involves both short-term and long-term planning, support for team members, and collaboration with the development department.

Main responsibilities:

Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes to ensure product standards are met.

Production Monitoring: Oversee production activities to ensure high yield and quality.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze production data and statistics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Team Support: Provide technical support and guidance to production members.

Project Work: Collaborate with the development department during various stages of project development.

Short- and Long-term Planning: Create and implement plans to meet immediate production needs and long-term quality goals.

Line Presence: Maintain a strong presence on the production line to quickly address issues and ensure continuous operation.

Component Quality Review: Review the quality of purchased components to ensure they meet our standards.

Supplier Review: Evaluate and review the quality of suppliers to ensure they deliver high-quality components.

You as a person:

· You likely have a bachelor's degree in engineering or similar experience

· You probably have already worked as a quality engineer, preferably in the manufacturing industry

· You have drive and a project management style

· You possess strong analytical skills to interpret production data

· You enjoy problem-solving and pay attention to detail

· Communication and collaboration are two of your strengths

· Quality control processes and continuous improvement methods are among your favorite topics
